TIPS for CHQ:
Make choices carefully about what activities and do not put a preference unless the student will participate fully.
Prioritise preferences for each day (NOT ACROSS THE WEEK)
Select preferences in order of preference of all activities you want to participate in don’t miss any hoping that it will give you a better chance of getting your first preference.
Do not put preferences if you have outside school commitments on the same day.
What happens if spaces occur in Activity Sessions:
Offer to waitlist with higher preference request inside 24 hours must be accepted or it goes to the next student.
Someone who has no activities gets priority.
New students enrolled can join after 2 weeks
