GENERAL INFORMATION -

The Distance Learning Athletics Programme is for parents and students from Early Childhood 3 to grade 12.

This programme is used when we have students off campus due to a crisis situation.

This programme does not operate at other times.

• Social activities

• Sports video analysis

• Panther quizes

• Record setting attempts

• Sports Speed

• Yoga Routine

• Aerobics Workout

• Body Strength Workout

• Core body Workout
